EACH APPLICANT IS REQUESTED TO BE READY WITH THE FF:

For machine readable passports
1. Accomplished application form
2. Royal blue background passport photos (4) *
3. Supporting documents like old passports and its photocopy, birth certificates etc.
4. Payment should be in Swedish Kronor. The embassy will no longer accept payment in Euro.
Every applicant should pay the postage fee individually, no sharing of postage fee for several applicants even in the cases of family applying.
5. Self addressed envelope for each applicant.

For dual citizenship
1. Accomplished application form
2. White background passport photos (6)
3. Supporting documents like Finnish & old Philippine passports, certificate of Finnish citizenship, marriage certificate if applicable, etc.
4. Payment in Swedish Kronor. The embassy will not accept payment in Euro.

*For passport pictures with the required royal blue background, visit either of the 2 photo shops ZOOMI ( 24.90 Euros) at the ground floor of Forum and KAMERATEK (14 Euros) in Eino Leinon katu 10 A (near Kisahalli, in front of the Raitioliikenne Museo- (open on weekdays only) bus 53 Hakaniemi - Munkkiniemi & 503 Hakaniemi - Matinkylä) Reminder: check the specified size of picture, wear shirt with collar (no T-shirt), the whole face + both ears should show in the picture, no large earrings for the ladies & NO earrings for men, preferably no eyeglasses because of glare.

Please note: All accompanying documents in Finnish language need to be:
- translated to English by licensed translator
- notarized at the magistrate
- authenticated at the Foreign Ministry office in Katajanokka
